Online Ordering Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with us you are accepting the terms and conditions set out below.
Please note, as with all online shopping, your completion of the checkout process does not guarantee we are able to supply the goods ordered. We reserve the right to cancel the order at any point up until delivery or collection
All Payments are taken at the point of purchase.
If you are collecting an item purchased online you must provide proof of purchase & Valid photo ID. This will be cross referenced against our system and order confirmations.
Items will be ready for collection in 48hrs. If you require to collect the item sooner please contact the garden centre on 01452 790550 during our normal operating hours. Monday-Saturday 9am until 5:30pm, Sunday 10:30am until 4:30pm (closed Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day) and we will do our best to make the items ready for your expected collection time.
On confirmation of your order Trioscape or our nominated courier service will contact you within 72hrs Monday / Friday. If the order is placed over a weekend or bank holiday please expect an additional 24hr delay. We will arrange a delivery date and estimated time of delivery. This is usually within 10 working days of an order being placed.
On confirmation of your order Trioscape will ship your purchase within 48hrs. If ordering on a weekend or after 12pm on a Friday your order will be shipped the following Monday (excluding any bank holidays). We ship using nominated couriers dependant on the nature of the purchase. Once shipped delivery should be made within 48 working hours, excluding bank holidays.
Please note delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They are subject to matters beyond our control such as traffic, breakdown or weather. We will do our best to keep you informed if we encounter any problems.
Garden Furniture Delivery:
The delivery will only be attempted once on the agreed date. Should nobody be available to receive the delivery a redelivery charge will be applied to make a second attempt. The charge for re-delivery is £75.
Most Furniture deliveries will arrive either boxed or palletised. Boxes may have been opened before dispatch to confirm the quality of the product.
The delivery driver will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps, carry the furniture through a property. The driver will only be able to deliver to Kerbside or driveway dependant access. The driver will be unable to remove any packing provided with your delivery.
Please assume the delivery will be made on a long wheel based or Luton style van or small heavy goods vehicle, please contact us if there are weight, height or parking restrictions or difficult access points before your order is dispatched so that we can make alternative arrangements.
All deliveries must be checked & signed for by a responsible adult. Any faults must be reported in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
Deliveries cannot be made:
- To premises where it is illegal for a lorry/van to park or offload.
- Where the surface of the access road is very unstable, soft or muddy.
- Where the access road is on a steep incline.
- Where the access road does not provide 10 feet (3.05m) width clearance and 14 feet (4.27m) vertical clearance.
Once you have confirmed your order and payment, you have entered a legally binding contract to purchase goods from us. You have the right to cancel your order by emailing email@example.com before the delivery date has been agreed. A full refund will be provided.
Returns: unwanted or Unsuitable Goods
Goods purchased online may be returned for a full refund if a return request is made within 7 days of delivery. Refund requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org . The items must be unused and in their original packaging in a saleable condition. A collection charge will apply and will be charged prior to collection. The charge for collection will be confirmed via email once a return request has been submitted to email@example.com The date of collection will be agreed once the collection charge has been paid in full.
Returns: Faulty products
In accordance with your legal rights faulty products may be returned. All faulty return requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must provide proof of purchase with a full description and images or the defect. In response, we will contact you to discuss the defect and may arrange a visit to make an assessment ourselves in person. Where possible spare parts will be provided, if necessary whole items will be replaced.
If your purchase comes with a manufacturers guarantee this must be registered in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.
Mistakes on web shop
We endeavour to ensure that all details on our web shop are correct. If before delivery or collection, we notice any discrepancies in price, description or any other detail we will contact you immediately and give you the option to confirm the order with the correct details or cancel your order and receive a full refund, under the sale of goods act.
Products we sell are for the use in the home or garden and are not suitable for business purposes. We therefore cannot be held responsible for any business losses of any kind. Our Liability to you is limited to the value of the goods we have sold to you. This does not affect your statuary rights.
You agree fully to indemnify Trioscape Garden Centre Ltd and its directors and employees harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of any breach of our terms and conditions by you. You agree to not hold Trioscape Garden Centre or our third party delivery company liable for any damages, loses, costs and expenses caused by any delay to the delivery of your order, or any other event beyond our control.
